Product Manager

As a Product Manager for our crowdfunding platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product and driving its growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to enhance the user experience, drive engagement, and optimize the platform and Business.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the companys vision and goals. Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes feature development and enhancements based on business objectives, user needs, and market trends.
• Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Drive the end-to-end development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• User Experience Optimisation: Continuously monitor key metrics and user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the user experience. Implement usability testing, A/B testing, and other methodologies to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and customer support teams, to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and goals. Communicate product updates and progress effectively across the organization.
• Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in crowdfunding and related fields. Leverage insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user behavior data, and market trends to measure the impact of product changes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven company or a crowdfunding platform.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and making a positive impact in the community.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools is desirable.
