Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products from inception through launch and beyond. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver outcomes on a Product OKR and associated Initiatives.
• Identify and solve the right problems in the right way, to effectively achieve planned business outcomes.
• Develop and execute well-prioritized product roadmaps to achieve OKRs.
• Work closely with Design and Engineering teams to ensure that the best possible Design and Engineering choices are made considering both short and long term requirements and market/business constraints/opportunities.
• Align teams and lead initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Design, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective launch and success of products, services, and initiatives.
• Create, track and measure product + business metrics; and nurture user relationships, to build a source of feedback and insight, to improve decision making and results.
• Gather, Interpret, and Articulate quantitative and qualitative insights on your products scope of impact, to drive high quality decision making and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement go-to-market execution, own product collaterals, customer communications, trainings, and other material/activity required to ensure on-ground success of your product.
• Coordinate with Business Operations to ensure smooth rollout, implementation, and impact from your Product Releases/Launches; including corresponding business process changes that need to support your product changes.
• Lead through influence, to constantly raise the bar on quality of products and systems built.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
