Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Product Execution Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives, from ideation
  to launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering Translate business goals into actionable development tasks,
  breaking down large projects into manageable sprints.
• Optimize User Experience Identify and implement UX enhancements that improve
  conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Project & Stakeholder Management Ensure timely delivery of product features by
  facilitating estimation meetings and maintaining clear launch timelines.
• Data-Driven Decision Making Use analytics and customer insights to prioritize product
  improvements that maximize impact.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles, preferably in
  eCommerce.
• Strong organizational & project management skills Ability to balance multiple initiatives
  and drive them to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities Capable of translating complex projects into actionable
  tasks.
• Technical fluency Comfortable working with engineering teams to define technical
  requirements and prioritize development work.
• Cross-functional collaboration – Experience partnering with marketing, UX, and development
  teams to align on product goals.
• Exceptional communication skills – Able to clearly articulate product strategies and
  influence stakeholders at all levels.
