Producer - Kids Program

Position Overview:

The Producer for the Kids Program at Jesus Calls will be responsible for developing, planning, and overseeing the production of engaging, Christ-centered content for children. The role requires creativity, leadership, and a passion for ministry to design programs that effectively communicate biblical values in a way that captivates and inspires young audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

1. Develop creative concepts and themes for childrens programs that align with the ministry's mission and vision.
2. Ensure content is biblically accurate, age-appropriate, and engaging for children.

Production Management:

1. Plan and supervise all stages of production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
2. Coordinate with technical teams for lighting, sound, set design, and editing to ensure high-quality output.
3. Oversee casting for child actors, presenters, and other roles.

Team Leadership:

1. Manage a team of editors, animators, and other crew members to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Provide clear direction during shoots and maintain a positive working environment.

Creative Input:

1. Introduce innovative elements like animation, puppetry, or interactive storytelling to captivate children.
2. Use music, visuals, and other multimedia effectively to enhance the message.

Administration and Budgeting:

1. Manage budgets and resources efficiently for the production.
2. Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery of programs.

Spiritual Alignment:

1. Pray for guidance and inspiration throughout the production process.
2. Ensure all content reflects the love of Jesus and communicates His teachings effectively to children.
