Video Producer - (WFO - HYD)

Responsibilities:

• Scriptwriting & Concept Development:

Create and develop engaging tech-related scripts that align with our brand messaging and content strategy.

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize video ideas that capture the audience's attention.

refine tech scripts based on feedback to achieve the desired narrative and tone.

• Video Production and Cinematography:

Understanding of cameras, lightning and scene composition to create quality videos

Plan and execute shot division to ensure a smooth and cohesive storytelling flow.

Utilize advanced cinematography techniques and equipment to capture visually appealing footage.

• Shot Planning & Execution:

Plan and storyboard video shoots, detailing shot lists and sequences.

Organize and manage on-set activities to ensure efficient and effective production processes.

Direct talent and crew during shoots to achieve desired performance and technical quality.

• Team Coordination:

Collaborate with motion graphic designers to integrate graphics seamlessly into video content.

Work closely with video editors to ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision and technical standards.

Provide clear instructions and constructive feedback to team members to achieve optimal results.

• Project Management:

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Maintain organized production schedules, budgets, and resources.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to update on project progress and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Video Producer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating scriptwriting, video shooting, and project management skills.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of video formats and trends on social media platforms.
• Tech knowledge, storytelling abilities, and a keen eye for visual detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
