Assistant Manager - Performance and Learning Development

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join us as L&D Interns in the Learning and Development, Performance management team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating impactful learning journeys, supporting organizational performance, and contributing to a culture of growth and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Learning Program Coordination and Facilitation:

• Collaborate with managers to refine On-the-Job Training (OJT) plans tailored to specific roles.
• Ensure all OJT plans are aligned with organizational standards through checklist-based verifications and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a centralized OJT tracker, ensuring up-to-date records for all training programs.
• Taking and facilitating trainer and manager sync-ups to align learning objectives with business outcomes, supporting both work-from-office (WFO) and work-from-home (WFH) employees.
• Update and maintain dashboards to track training effectiveness and provide insights for decision-making.

Performance Enablement through the GROW Process:

• Coordinate the monthly GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) process by scheduling manager sync-ups and using automated timely feedback loops.
• Use data-driven insights to identify action items from GROW discussions and track progress to ensure implementation.
• Support the alignment of individual growth plans with organizational goals through targeted interventions and follow-ups.
• Reviewing the action items quality and manager coaching.

Future-Ready Scaling Initiatives:

• Assist in preparing for future scaling of learning programs, ensuring readiness to manage increased volume and complexity in the programs like Leadership development and Performance MIS.
• Work on process optimization initiatives to enhance the efficiency and impact of L&D programs.
