- Support SaaS products, hardware that works along with the SaaS, desktop products and mobile apps.
- Support customers in Linux, Windows, Mac, iOS and Android platforms.
- Communicate with customers by phone, emails, chat and ticketing portal.
- Required Experience: 4 years plus of relevant experience.
- Any science graduate.
- Must be willing to work in the evening shift (7.00 pm-4.00 am)
