Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the direct procurement of Civil and Interior materials.
• Calculate structure rates based on material weight, height, strength, and associated costs, including processing, transport, and taxes.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals and maintain cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration of procurement with project timelines and requirements.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain supplier competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) with expertise in mathematics or calculus.
• 3-7 years of experience in procurement, specifically in the Commercial Office fit-out industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to foster strong supplier relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
