Field Purchase Executive

We, KRISHNA METALS LTD. are an ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified company registered under Ghana Free Zone. We are manufacturing Aluminum Ingots and Utensils. We are looking for a dynamic FIELD PURCHASE EXECUTIVE to join our team with below job responsibilities:

• Manage a team of purchase officers at various locations in economical ways while controlling the overheads of the company.
• Research potential vendors for scrap, consumables and other required material or equipment for company.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers to sustain cost feasibility of our products on daily basis.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing for procuring material to maintain feasibility of business.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of material on site with required quality of material.
• Responsible to procure raw material or equipment in timely manner as per the given targets by Company management to continue non-stop production.
• Review quality of products before and after procurement.
• Enter and maintain updated records of vendors, purchased products, delivery information, invoices, payments, rejections, advances given to vendors / internal staff, etc.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Establish controls and coordinate with staff to ensure proper storage at various locations of procurement.
• Establish and maintain company procurement depots domestic and internationally with accurate accounting details.
• Help in day-to-day production activities, optimization, maintenance issues, cost effectiveness, companys cashflow, etc.

Educational requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Commerce Or Arts Or Business Or Science Or Engineering.
• Work experience of minimum 5 years Purchasing department.
• Experience in the field of Aluminum Utensils, Circles and Ingots would be an asset.

Language: English is must and French would be an asset.

Duration: Minimum 2 years contract.
