4. Estimate, Rate Analysis, Value Engineering and Market Benchmarking
5. Prequalification of Vendors/Consultants/Suppliers
6. Pre-Bid discussions, Commercial & Technical Bid Analysis and Negotiations
7. Purchase & Work Orders for GC, Material, Departmental Manpower, Services, P&M, Hiring
8. Contract Agreement including GCC, SCC, Addendum
9. Bank Guarantees, Insurances, Letter of Credit
10. Base Rate Approvals
11. Variation Claim Management & closure of contracts
12. GST Taxation, TDS/TCS, Credit/Debit Notes
13. End to End Import of Material and Machinery
14. MIS
