Job Summary: Smart Agro is seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, negotiation, and supply chain management for our agro-realty and high-end timber production projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Procurement:

Develop and implement procurement strategies for raw materials, equipment, and services

Source high-quality products and agro-related inputs from reliable suppliers.

2. Supplier Relationship Management

Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with local supplier

Conduct supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality and sustainability standards

3.Cost Optimization:

Negotiate contracts to secure the best deals without compromising quality and ensure to meet timely delivery.

Monitor market trends to forecast material costs and manage budgets effectively

4. Compliance and Sustainability

Ensure all procurement practices comply with legal and environmental standards

Promote sustainable sourcing practices to align with SmartAgros ecological goals.

5. Inventory and Logistics

Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery of materials to project sites

Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing waste and surplus

6. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with all managers, sales, and operational teams to understand requirements.
