Procurement Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement/Purchase Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing procurement strategies for construction sites, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective availability of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction sites.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, maintain quality standards, and drive cost savings.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate at senior levels.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to meet delivery schedules.
• Drive vendor development and explore new procurement sources.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for procurement activities.
• Experience sourcing materials from authentic online platforms.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel for vendor development.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of ISO and similar standards.
• Personal database of authorized construction material distributors.
• Expertise in sourcing materials quickly to meet urgent needs.
• Ability to establish effective procurement procedures.

Education:

• UG: Engineering/Graduate (Full-time)
• PG: Any Postgraduate

Experience:

• Must have experience in Real Estate/Building Construction.
