Position Summary:
We seek an experienced Investment Acquisition Specialist who has a proven track record of securing investments in the real estate or agriculture sectors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and managing investment opportunities for Smart Agro Farm Solutions LLP, enabling growth through strategic partnerships and financial stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Strategy Development: Work closely with management to define and implement investment acquisition strategies that align with the companys goals in real estate and agriculture.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, especially those with interest and experience in real estate and agriculture.
• Fundraising Initiatives: Lead efforts in raising capital, including pitching to investors, structuring investment deals, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research on investment trends within real estate and agriculture to identify prospective investors and assess competitive landscape.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with investors, prepare investment agreements, and close deals while maintaining a high success rate.
• Advisory Role: Act as an advisor on investment matters, ensuring that all actions align with the company's financial goals and the interests of HNI clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in investment acquisition within the real estate or agriculture sectors.
• Skillset:
• Strong understanding of investment banking principles.
• Proven ability to raise funds, ideally with a track record in similar-sized deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in real estate and agriculture investments.
• Character: High level of integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness, especially given the fiduciary nature of the role.
