Procurement Engineer

LIVIO Building System is looking for an Procurement Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities  

1. Coordinate with the factory team to procure regular operational materials and consumables.
2. Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to source Cost of Goods (COG) materials.
3. Develop and implement a vendor management plan; onboard and manage qualified contractors.
4. Maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, delivery challans, and tax invoices; conduct periodic reviews with the team.
5. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure optimal procurement terms and services.
6. Source cost-effective materials for COGs and consumables both domestically and internationally.
7. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships in India and globally.
8. Coordinate material import processes to India.
9. Gather feedback from the internal team on delivered materials and communicate with vendors to ensure continuous improvement.

Education & Experience

1. Engineering Diploma or B.E./B.Tech or MBA/PDGM in logistics & supply chain.
2. Knowledge and experience in logistics and supply chain management.
3. Proven experience in global material sourcing.
4. Experience in procuring CFS/LGS coils, structural steel, and screws both in India and internationally.
5. Experience in procuring regular operational and service materials, and tools locally.
6. Strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills
7. Problem-solving skills & having a positive attitude.
