What you will do :

End-to-End Design Execution : Lead and execute all design stages from initial concept through wireframing, visual design, to final hand-off for development.

Prototyping & Specifications : Create high-quality design prototypes, features, and specifications reflecting deep user insights and client needs.

Review & Feedback : Critically review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs to meet ProCreator standards and client expectations.

Design Systems & Problem-Solving : Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems, proactively troubleshooting UX issues and incorporating feedback.

Team Leadership : Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across projects.

Requirements

What We're Looking For :

UX Methodologies : Proficiency in research, personas, wire-framing, and prototyping.

Design Expertise : Ability to translate user journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, with a strong understanding of UI principles.

Design Systems : Proven experience in building and utilizing design systems, with advanced skills in Figma.

Platform Experience : Extensive experience in designing for both web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on these platforms.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders effectively.

Leadership & Mentorship : Willingness to mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Bonus Skills : Experience with motion design/prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie.
