Associate - Affiliate Marketing (1-3 yrs)

We are looking for a CPA/CPL Delivery Associate with 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing. The role involves managing and optimizing CPA (Cost Per Action) and CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns for both domestic and international markets, ensuring high-quality lead delivery and campaign success.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize CPA & CPL campaigns.

- Deliver high-quality leads and conversions to meet client KPIs.

- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates and publishers.

- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics (CTR, CR, EPC, ROI).

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and platform policies.

- Implement fraud prevention measures and monitor traffic quality.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in CPA/CPL campaign management.

- Strong understanding of affiliate networks and tracking platforms.

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with international markets is a plus.
