Basic requirements for a trainer profile.

1. The candidate should possess strong communication skills.
2. The candidate should possess strong presentation skills.
3. Relevant experience in the specified field is necessary.
4. The candidate should possess an understanding of the fundamental training activities in a contact center, such as,
1. How to handle NHT batches
2. Steps to prepare EWS
3. Steps to determine batch throughput
4. How to analyze data to prepare the TNI content and conduct the training, and how to track the effectiveness of the session after the training.
5. Understanding PKT, preparing for PKT quizzes, and aiming for completion.
6. Analyze the data after PKT completion and hold refresher sessions for the most frequent mistakes by the main defaulters.
7. Familiar with terms like AHT, Quality, NPS, CSAT and how to improve them to achieve goals.
5. The candidate needs to know how to calculate trainer and training hours.
6. The candidate must be proficient in developing training materials.
7. The candidate should know how to create and manage training records.
8. The candidate should have experience leading classroom training sessions.
9. Candidates should possess experience in delivering training on both products and processes.
10. The candidate must be adaptable to any shift with rotating weekends off.
