Job Responsibilities:
Manage the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality and turn-around time.
Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients.
Proactive and effective communication with internal and external translation teams, at all levels Develop processes and methodologies to ensure project success and value added to customers. Responsible for sourcing freelance translators as & when required.
Closely monitor projects via the effective use of standards, systems, and quality processes Escalation points for clients and internal resources on assigned accounts.
Resolve client issues. Provide project and account reporting as requested.
Desired Profile:
Any graduate degree 4+ years of relevant experience in translation project management Excellent communication skills.
