Process Engineer - Refrigerator

Job purpose

Process engineer will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the Various processes of Refrigerator manufacturing. Processes standardization, Waste elimination and making a LEAN environment.

Key Deliverables

Process mapping and control, PFMEA, OEE improvement, LEAN implementation, Manufacturing cost improvement, Automation, New projects execution

Duties and responsibilities

(a) Handling Process engineering function of Refrigerator various sections like PU foaming, Sheet metal fabrication of cabinet and door, Thermoforming, Extrusion, Assembly lines

(b) New project and machines need identification and execution

(c) Working on Process flow and process mapping of above sections

(d) PFMEA of Refrigerator processes

(e) Control plans preparation based on PFMEA

(f) Line balancing and Cycle time improvement

(g) Implementation of various methodologies of process engineering like 5S, Kaizens, SMED, LEAN, Poka Yoke

(h) New product development process standardization

(i) OEE, Loss identifications and action plan preparation

(j) Lead continuous improvement projects in cost, processes
