Role & responsibilities
- Perform time and motion studies on worker operations for purposes such as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
- Value steam mapping and implementation
- Use various lean principle and optimize the value stream
- Plant layout and operational layout preparation. Finalizing the layout based onvarious comparison of PQCDSM
- Line balancing, multimachine.
- Preparation of man-machine chart and optimizing the work content
- Material handling system design and implementation
- Warehouse design and implementation
- OEE monitoring and actions to improve
- MIS preparation
Preferred candidate profile
- Must be aware about MOST, MTM
- Auto-cad, Ideas, Pro-E
- Good Communication skill
- Must be aware about labour laws
- Effective team player
- Good experience on Excel, PPT.
