Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical processes through process engineering principles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new products and technologies.
  
• Conduct pilot plant trials, scale up processes from lab to commercial production, and troubleshoot issues during operation.
  
• Perform debottlenecking studies to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Ensure effective technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing sites.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Process Engineering or related field (Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Science (MS/M.Sc(Science)).
  
• Strong understanding of process validation, scale up, pilot plants, debottlenecking techniques.
  
• Proficiency in using software tools such as Aspen Hysys for simulation modeling.
