Technology Transfer Officer/Executive (API)

Role & responsibilities:

1. To coordinate with R & D team to understand the new developed product or developed product change in processes, including parameters, specifications, and criticalquality attributes.
2. To achieve the production as per the planning
3. To execute the new product or developed product in small scale with R & D Team
4. Responsible to identify potential challenges and risks related to technology transfer and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Participate in technology transfer plans, outlining the steps and timeline required to scale up batches from the R&D stage to the pilot plant and eventually to commercial production incudes documents.
6. To coordinate with Store department for requirement of RM / PM for new products
7. To visit outside facility to develop or trial the product, if required
8. To coordinate with maintenance ream for preventative maintenance, brake down, if any
9. To Supervise batch Charging and verification
10. Responsible for effective communication between the R&D team and manufacturing/QA/QC/Store team to ensure accurate transfer of process knowledge and understanding of critical process parameters.
11. To train the persons to achieve production goal and to achieve yield
12. Responsible to generate detailed reports and documentation related to technology transfer activities, process validation, and batch records.
13. Knowledge of ERP & SAP System

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Exposure of Technology Transfer of API

Good Communications Verbal and Written.

Candidate should be agile and Versatile.
