Job Description
- Process Engineering Support to manage product Quality and productivity metrics .
- Maintaining key process assets ,keeping critical spare procurement ,handling and development of new vendors as per Spare specifications .
- Development of machine parameters to all different kind SKUs
- Improving process controls and eliminate bottlenecks in finishing /manufacturing
- Improve Slitting ,sheeting productivity with new idea and innovations
- upgrading assets with new technology with respect to improve product performance or as per customer need.
- Managing product trials and its update on machine
- troubleshooting for complaints and root cause analysis
- supporting Plant Audits ISO ,EHS etc
- Handing DATA analytics for all parameters.
Bachelor s degree in BE/Btech with Mechanical Engg //Printing / Industrial /Pulp and paper etc
Minimum work Experience : 5 years
