Process Analyst - Digital Operations

BCOM, BBM, BBA Graduates, preferably having banking operation/ Fraud alerts experience of 1-2 years.

Process Analysis Evaluate existing digital processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas of improvement and optimization.

Workflow Mapping Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize and understand the flow of digital operations.

Data Analysis Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital operations to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Technology Assessment Assess the suitability and effectiveness of digital tools and technologies in supporting operational processes.

Automation Opportunities Identify opportunities for process automation using digital tools, software, and robotic process automation (RPA).

Efficiency Enhancement Develop and implement strategies to streamline digital processes, reduce redundancy, and eliminate bottlenecks.

Documentation Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practice guidelines.

Change Management Support the implementation of process improvements and changes, working with relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to align digital operations with overall organizational goals and strategies.

Quality Assurance Ensure the quality and reliability of digital processes, including data accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.
