- Able to understand, identify, and recommend reporting needs and improvements.

Nothing. It is a small scale firm which treats analysts as brainless robots which are meant to work tirelessly. No good hike. Freshers should not join the company if looking for a stable and structured work culture. Freshers who have joined just 2 days back were made to spend late nights to deliver the projects.
Everything. Senior people are all Ex-ZS. They know nothing about structured work. Asslicking is the way to get promoted. Senior Leadership just want to deliver the project as soon as possible neglecting well being of employees.
