- Accountabilities Ensure Proper Management And Support Of End-user Hardware And Software, Including Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Devices, Networks, And Peripherals Ensure That End-user Devices And Software Are Up-to-date, Properly Configured, And Compliant With Organizational Policies And Regulations Ensure Formal Documentation Of Technical Issues, Resolutions, And Support Interactions Ensure End-user Information Security Compliance Functional/Technical Responsibilities Respond To And Resolve Technical Support Requests From End-users To Troubleshoot Technical Issues Handle Laptop/desktop Configuration, Installation, Hardening And Patch Management Communicate Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner To End-users, Who May Have Varying Levels Of Technical Knowledge Provide Remote Support Using Remote Support Tools To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Document Technical Issues, Resolutions
- Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience Working With Various Hardware And Software Systems Expertise In E-mail Management Like G-suite, Office 365, Etc. Hands-on Experience With Support Tools And Systems, Such As Ticketing Systems, Knowledge Management Systems, And Remote Support Tools
