Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  1. Sales Support: - Assist the sales team by preparing sales proposals, quotes, and reports.
    -Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and sales appointments.
  2. Data Management:- Update and maintain CRM databases with client details, sales leads, and opportunities. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.Ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts and projections.
  3. Client Communication:-Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, resolving any issues promptly. Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
  4. Administrative Duties: Manage the preparation of sales contracts and other documentation.
    - Organize and maintain sales records, both electronic and physical.

Skills Needed:

  1. Communication Skills:
    Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, sales teams, and other departments.
  2. Organizational Skills:
    Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  3. Attention to Detail:
    High level of accuracy when managing sales data, client information, and processing orders.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills:
    Ability to resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically, ensuring client satisfaction and team support.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    Ability to work well in a team environment, offering support and assistance to sales professionals and other departments.
  6. CRM and Sales Software Proficiency:
    Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software 
  7. Customer Service Orientation:
    A customer-focused mindset to address inquiries and concerns, ensuring positive experiences for clients.
  8. Time Management:
    Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet deadlines.
  9. Adaptability:
    Flexibility to adjust to changing sales goals, processes, and client needs.
  10. Sales Knowledge:
    • A good understanding of the sales process and techniques, with the ability to assist in generating leads and closing sales.
