Key skills for the job
Purpose of Job:
To ensure Sales through Channel Partners(Retail, Institutional, Out
station, International & Alternate Channels) at active projects. To lead a team of Channel
Sales Managers within assigned territory and formulate the channel strategy for
the sale of projects.
Essential Qualifications:
MBA Mktg / Finance preferred with minimum 10 years experience in
Channel Partnership role
Essential Experience:
-Candidate must have handled end to end sales
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Ability to lead a team and to develop customers from prospecting to booking
-Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle
various tasks
-Knowledge or experience of CRM and/or sales automation tools preferred
-Experience in inbound/outbound customer service preferred ; must have
worked on the field/site
-Should have managed teams and have good stakeholder management skills
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
Ensure significant contribution to sales through channels partners at active projects
partner events around the same
Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners and o versee the organization of
channel related events
& launches
accordance with established company policies/procedures, objectives and applicable
processes .
