Candidate should be from real estate background. Previous experiences can be from industries like aviation or hospitality with proven working experience in customer engagement, resolving customer queries, handling events etc
Administrations, operations management and events other required skills managing and running office spaces/sales centres, vendor management, billing, creating SOPs, ability to manage a large team for site upkeep & maintenance
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment multitasking and disciplined professional
A pro in carrying out tasks/responsibilities aligned to site operations. High level of energy and confidence
Working knowledge of various technology applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, information systems)
