Guest Relations Manager (Customer Experience Delivery)

Role & responsibilities

• Pleasing personality (male/female candidate) with strong client facing and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred Age group 25 to 35yrs with minimum 10+ years of work experience
• Candidate should be from real estate background. Previous experiences can be from industries like aviation or hospitality with proven working experience in customer engagement, resolving customer queries, handling events etc
• Administrations, operations management and events other required skills managing and running office spaces/sales centres, vendor management, billing, creating SOPs, ability to manage a large team for site upkeep & maintenance
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment multitasking and disciplined professional
• A pro in carrying out tasks/responsibilities aligned to site operations. High level of energy and confidence
• Working knowledge of various technology applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, information systems)
