We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to work out of our Mumbai/Pune based office or remote. Privacera is a cloud-based product which uses Cloud native services in AWS, Azure and GCP. Privacera is a fast-growing start-up and provides ample opportunity to work on all Cloud services like AWS S3, DynamoDB,Kinesis, RedShift, EMR, Azure ADLS, HDInsight, GCP GCS, GCP PubSub and other services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support, architect, and deploy corporate systems (e.g. Atlassian, Docker, Gitlab, Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and scale services leveraging automation improvement
• Co-own Identity Access Management (IAM) architecting, entitlement management, directory configuration, and workflow administration
• Participate in the building out and maintaining of Zero Trust environment (e.g. Zscaler ZIA)
• Design, manage, document, and support endpoint deployment and management infrastructure
• Configure systems and establish processes that adhere to compliance standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Understand user On-boarding and Off-boarding requirements and provide support to users for any IT-related issues
• Support and manage Apple, and Window operating systems and software
• Train team members on the process of streamlining and automation
• Work as an escalation point for the global IT operations team

Your experience, skills, and capabilities should include:

• 8+ years of overall experience in IT systems engineering roles with increasing responsibilities in a cloud-focused environment
• 4+ years of experience with MDM management (Intune, Jamf Pro, Kandji)
• 4+ years of experience working with monitoring and configuration tools
• 2+ years of Kubernetes, Docker Jenkins, helm chart, Terraform etc.
• Experience managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Experience with designing and deploying Zero Touch deployment environment
• Strong understanding of cloud networking principles (VPN, DNS, Routing, VLANs)
• Strong knowledge of IT security and data governance principles
• Experience in defining and generating reports and metrics
• Ability to support, plan, and drive multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
• B.Tech/BE in Computer Science and Engineering, or MCA or M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
