Job Summary:
Join our team at Priority as an Instructional Designer and take a role in designing and
delivering impactful learning experiences that drive employee growth and enhance
organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will work upon small to medium projects,
design multi-modal learning materials, and collaborate closely with Subject Matter
Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams. You will develop both digital and instructor-
led training programs to address critical skills across our fintech landscape, employing
your expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and content creation tools.

Responsibilities:
Instructional Design(85%)
Needs Assessment: Develop and conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine training requirements. Skillfully extract critical information from stakeholders to identify necessary skills and ensure that training programs address actual needs that are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather the necessary knowledge for developing training programs. Collaborate with stakeholders before and after training to schedule sessions, ensure learner participation, and obtain post-training reports and feedback to assess the success of the training initiatives.
Project Ownership: Independently manage and deliver small to medium instructional design projects, including needs assessment, design, and implementation. Exercise judgment to solve challenges within established guidelines and propose enhancements for complex situations.
Content Development: Develop dynamic e-learning modules, videos, and instructor-led resources tailored to enhance understanding and engagement. Use SAMs instructional design model aligning with adult learning principles and performance outcomes.
Advanced Interactivity Integration: Design rich interactive elements, including drag-and-drop exercises, quizzes, and branching scenarios to maximize learner engagement and retention.
Software Proficiency: Leverage advanced skills in tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia, along with strong design capabilities in Adobe Premiere Rush and Canva, for creating polished multimedia assets.
Complex Subject Matter Simplification: Transform intricate financial and technical information into easily digestible content, applying Blooms Taxonomy to structure materials that support knowledge retention and application.
Performance-Linked Training Design: Ensure each training program is strategically aligned with business goals and incorporates clear, measurable learning outcomes that connect to organizational performance metrics and KPIs, supporting Prioritys commitment to data-driven success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Evaluation(15%)
Evaluation Framework Development: Create comprehensive evaluation frameworks and methodologies that assess the impact of training programs in alignment with departmental and organizational KPIs, ensuring that training initiatives directly support company performance and growth objectives.
Assessment Implementation: Design and conduct various assessments, surveys, and evaluation methods to gather quantitative and qualitative data on training outcomes, knowledge retention, and skill development.
Analysis and Recommendation: Analyze evaluation results to identify trends, areas for improvement, and overall effectiveness of training programs. Based on this analysis, provide detailed reports and actionable insights.
Continuous Improvement: Use evaluation data to make informed recommendations for enhancing training content and delivery methods.
Implement continuous improvement processes based on feedback and assessment results.
Progress Tracking: Collaborate with stakeholders to track and report on the progress and success of training initiatives. Ensure that evaluation metrics are effectively communicated and utilized to drive training strategy decisions.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree: You should have a bachelor's degree, ideally in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, demonstrating independence in content development and an understanding of corporate training environments.
