Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with retail partners, ensuring timely delivery coordination with our manufacturing unit, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Promote and sell our diamond jewellery collections to retailers across India.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our retail network.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and relationship management.
• Account Management:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail accounts.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordination with Production:
• Liaise with the factory and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate updates to clients as needed.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and providing product information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the diamond or jewellery industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
