To support our rapid growth, we are seeking talented, motivated engineers to join our office in Chandigarh. You must bring a passion for programming and developing innovative solutions. As a software engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a powerful web application using some of the latest technologies with a brilliant, talented bunch of developers solving complex problems. You will work closely with Finxera development team to build and deploy our solution using Java / RestAPIs / Node.js / Next.js / Angular / React / ReactNative / AWS / No SQL and a host of other cutting edge enterprise strength technologies We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can learn quickly, grow with the company, and look forward to the challenge of delighting our customers and building our business.
Responsibilities Qualifications/Criterias
- Involves understanding the J2EE product space and all Java standards
- Design and develop new product features and collaborate with server-side, UI and Mobile developers to build components using Java, Node.js, Next.js, Angular, React and React Native etc.
- Involves understanding of basic database and cloud architecture and design.
- Help management establish and enforce team processes and standards.
- Produce high quality code, perform code reviews and mentor/ lead team of junior engineers
- Stay updated of new technologies and of changes in technologies that affect back-end and front-end web development
- Demonstrate effective communication and motivational skills.
- **Strong academics with a minimum of 70% or above through Senior Secondary.
- Strong programming, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Java, and JavaScript libraries a big plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently, strong team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work constructively with developers, QA, Project managers and Management towards a common goal
- High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer and our company succeed
- A Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
