Job Description

As a NOC Engineer within Cloud Services, you will have the opportunity to manage monitor broad use of Amazons utility computing web services (e.g., Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon EMR). Your broad responsibilities will include: monitoring the product infrastructure and application availability, identifying and ensuring the resolution of the incident to meet the defined SLA; developing a deep expertise in the monitoring tools and AWS technologies as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed; and manage the operational tasks of the infrastructure to ensure the compliance related to fintech domain.

As a NOC Engineer, you will provide exceptional monitoring skills to identify any incident and timely escalation to get the issue resolved. You will gain the opportunity to learn from, collaborate with, and educate some of the brightest technical minds in the industry today across the breadth of enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industry best practices for security, standards and compliance for designing large scale solutions.

Responsibilities Qualifications/Criterias

Monitoring cloud computing infrastructure to support our products/applications.
Incident Management to identify the issues and keep the adverse business impact to minimal.
ITSM Process management to adhere to the defined processes as per industry best practices.
Working knowledge Infra/Cloud Monitoring Tools as Site 24x7, CloudHealth etc.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Passion for evangelizing and presenting technical concepts to developers, IT management, business functions and executives.

**Should have scored 70% above in 10th and 12th grade.
B.S. in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent degree and/or experience
Able to write basic My Sql queries.
Minimum 2+ years experience with enterprise technologies in support of distributed applications.
Minimum 2 years experience with hands-on technical skills of the following: Linux Server management; Cloud Monitoring, Ticketing System, Jenkins.
Proficiency with MS office, especially excel.
AWS Training, RHEL Training , Certification will be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
