Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and understanding their needs. Act as a point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Documentation: Accurately record and update client interactions and transactions in the companys CRM system. Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and feedback.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction with solutions provided and to gather feedback for continuous improvement."
