Responsibilities Configuring security policy on Checkpoint firewall to meet the companys network security requirement Installation/administration of Checkpoint firewall including First Time Setup Good understanding of ZPA, ZIA. Troubleshooting network issues, Performed Packet level capture on Firewall and troubleshooting done using packet captures also attended P1 P2 calls Team mailbox management to respond to technical queries through email, Incident management, and change management Responding to Incidents for first and second-level support using ticketing tools and following the ITIL process. Qualifications Checkpoint Firewall - Appliance and Virtualized. Zscaler Private Access and Zscaler Internet Access F5 WAF AWS Cloud knowledge including WAF Good Knowledge on Cisco Routing and switching Good troubleshooting skills Fair knowledge on terraform
