Job Description:

- We are seeking a Technical Change Manager to oversee and facilitate the implementation of changes and version releases in our production and non-production environments.

- This role involves documenting change management policies, analyzing complex service requests, and ensuring minimal risk to the organization.

- The successful candidate will manage Requests for Change (RFC), chair the Change Advisory Board, and coordinate release management activities.

- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing expectations during the rollout of new releases.
