Manages MEDITECH/enterprise system applications in the areas of
- Ongoing user support/training
- Dictionary
- Maintenance
- System enhancements
- Problem analysis
- Resolution and troubleshooting.
Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the Clinical Systems.
Acts as a liaison for Departments for Clinical System issues.
Overall experience should be 3 plus years in core Meditech.
