Contract Management Specialist

Role and Responsibilities

Position: Contract Management

Education: Any Graduation

Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in Contract Management

Skills:

• Contract creation, reviewing, and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Ensure contract reflect the agreed terms and condition
• Coordinate the execution of contracts, obtaining necessary approvals and signature
• Track contract expiration dates and initiate the renewal process
• Monitor contract performance and compliance with contractual obligation
• Manage contract amendment and modification
• Act as a bridge between corporate team and the vendors for the new contracts, ensure seamless communication and alignment of project & services objectives
• Collaborate with site managers, Accounts Manager & Accounts Executive, Finance, Leadership, and Legal teams to facilitate contract negotiation, closure and achieve targeted business outcome

Required Qualifications:

• Good interpersonal skills (need to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers
• Procurement and analytical background
• User knowledge of database applications (it is not a must)
• ERP experience is a must (Preferrable Lawson)
