Job Description
Prime Cable Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Tender Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
- Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-Tendering on portals
- Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders
- Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order
- Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations
- Able to manage proactive communication with Client and interface with other disciplines
- Good command over the english language & Communication
- Practial knowledge of excel & its various function
