Business Solutions Lead

Qualification:

• Expertise in managing Instrument Cluster sample/software deliverables, including Cluster specification creation and documentation (Software/Hardware SRD).
• Strong background in mechanical part packaging for automotive systems.
• Proficient in understanding software architecture and High-Level Design (HLD) flow to effectively communicate with software developers.
• Extensive experience in part-level testing and diagnosing/troubleshooting failures in electronic components.
• Solid understanding of system architecture and setup procedures for effective testing.
• Expertise in identifying failure modes of electronic modules and implementing mitigation strategies.

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Act as the customer interface for engineering teams, from gathering requirements to software release.
• Manage projects from initial requirements gathering to final software delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to meet client needs.
• Lead and build a skilled technology team, promoting collaboration and innovation.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure customer success and drive revenue retention.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by adding value to retainer programs and resolving issues with the sales and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Participate in strategic migration activities when required
