Artificial Intelligence Developer - Python/Machine Learning (2-10 yrs)

Job Title : AI Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI Agents. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, API development, and Data Modeling. Experience in the eCommerce domain is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using ML, NLP, and AI Agents.

- Build, optimize, and maintain data models for AI applications.

- Develop and integrate APIs for AI-powered applications.

- Work with large datasets, preprocess data, and train ML models.

- Fine-tune NLP models for text processing, chatbots, and recommendation systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

- Ensure AI models are scalable, efficient, and production-ready.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Hands-on experience in NLP, ML algorithms, and AI Agents.

- Expertise in API development and integration.

- Proficiency in data modeling, preprocessing, and model deployment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

- Experience in the eCommerce domain is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and generative AI.

- Exposure to vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.

- Familiarity with MLOps for model deployment and monitoring.
