Role : QA Test Engineer

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Test Engineer with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Automation Testing to join our team. The successful candidate will work on some of the most challenging and innovative projects in our company, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium (Java) to ensure software quality.

- Utilize Gradle and Spring frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and maintain test environments.

- Implement and maintain Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices using Cucumber to align with business requirements.

- Perform API testing using Rest Assured, ensuring robust backend functionalities.

- Develop and integrate CI/CD pipelines using Yaml and Azure Pipelines (Yaml) for seamless test execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve test-related issues promptly.

- Ensure version control and collaboration using Git for test scripts and documentation.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in automation testing to continually improve the testing process.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 4+ years in Automation Testing.

Proficiency in :

- Selenium (Java)

- Gradle & Spring

- BDD using Cucumber

- API testing with Rest Assured

- CI/CD pipelines using Yaml/Azure Pipelines

- Version control using Git

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Experience with performance and security testing.

- Knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
