Senior Technical Lead - Next.js/Node.js (4-6 yrs)

Role Overview :

As a Senior Technical Lead at PREVAJ, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our projects. You will lead and oversee technical teams, provide expert technical guidance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project delivery within scope and timelines, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

- Oversee technical aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

- Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to leverage them for competitive advantage.

- Design and implement robust technical architectures for software solutions.

- Analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, design, QA) to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Communicate technical concepts and progress effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong technical skills in Node.js, Next.js, Drupal, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

- Experience with AWS cloud platform and its services.

- Proficiency in database design, development, and management.

- Experience in developing frontend websites and backend web applications.

- Ability to maintain and upgrade existing applications.

- Proven leadership and project management skills.

- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in industries such as eCommerce, Retail & Distribution, Law, Education, Real Estate, Construction, Entertainment, Events, Pharma, Healthcare, Software & IT, and Telecom.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
