Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day system operations of the P2P system
Configure, update, and troubleshoot P2P system modules
Manage user access, permissions, and role-based security.
Ensure system integrations with ERP, and other enterprise systems
Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime or disruptions
Provide regular system updates, patches, and upgrades
Act as the primary point of contact for P2P system-related issues, including technical support and troubleshooting.
Work with the IT department to diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity affecting P2P systems
Provide first-level techno/Functional support to employees via phone or email
Maintain all approvals and adherence to documented process.
Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
Strong team worker with the ability to collaborate with others, positively influence and agree on outcomes to complete tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Requirement
Skills:
o Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay systems and associated systems and processes.
o Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
o Expertise in procurement and financial software.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
