Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive

to join our team, specializing in servicing the Middle Eastern market. In this role, candidate

will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel inquiries, providing detailed

information about our packages, and ensuring a seamless booking experience from start

to finish.

As a Customer Service Executive, candidate will leverage candidate knowledge of

destinations, offers, amenities, and booking policies to provide accurate and compelling

information. Candidate ability to communicate effectively, address customer concerns, and

drive bookings will be key to success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, package details, and booking procedures.
  • Understand customer preferences and expectations to recommend suitable travel options.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about destinations, accommodations, and amenities.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Persuasively communicate exclusive offers and promotions to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up on pending inquiries.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, call centre support, or a related role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple client accounts, and meet service targets.
  • Familiarity with booking systems, reservation procedures, and CRM tools.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
