We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Presales Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement, crafting innovative ServiceNow solutions, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement :

- Collaborate with potential clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.

Solution Design :

- Develop tailored ServiceNow solutions aligned with client needs.

- Design end-to-end workflows, integrations, and automation leveraging ServiceNow modules.

Product Demonstration :

- Conduct compelling product demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions to

showcase ServiceNow capabilities.

- Address technical and functional queries during presentations and discussions.

Sales Collaboration :

- Partner with the sales team to craft proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.

- Provide strategic input during deal negotiation and closing stages.

Knowledge Management :

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends.

- Share insights and best practices with internal teams to strengthen overall expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 6 years of overall ServiceNow experience.

- At least 4 years in a presales

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM.

- Hands-on experience in designing ServiceNow workflows, configurations, and integrations.
