Tax Analyst

What youll be doing:

• Assist with the preparation of US income tax filings, including federal and state income tax returns and international informational returns.
• Prepare US quarterly estimated tax payments and tax return extension payments.
• Assist with the preparation of the consolidated income tax provision under ASC 740 and related work papers, including disclosures for financial reporting and supporting the Company s annual audit with external auditors.
• Establish and maintain well-documented files to support tax provision, tax reporting and compliance.
• Prepare indirect tax returns and other business tax returns (sales use tax, property tax, excise tax, etc.).
• Prepare tax account reconciliations.
• Assist with information reporting (1042, W-9/W-8, etc.).
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation data gathering.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and technology solutions in the company s compliance and provision operations.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance required
• CA qualified with 3-5 years experience.
• Experience with preparation of corporate income tax provisions and tax returns.
• Large multinational corporation and/or Big 4 accounting firm experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of US Federal and State tax law, practices, issues and filings.
• Working knowledge and experience with ASC740 under US GAAP.
• Strong excel skills required.
• OneSource tax software experience required.
• OneSource Income Tax Provision software experience a plus.
