Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a car rental Pan India clients, including taking reservations, allocating vehicles to customers, tracking vehicle locations, coordinating with drivers.

Ensuring smooth pick-up and drop-off processes as per SOP.

Maintaining vehicle availability, handling customer inquiries, and upholding quality standards to guarantee a seamless rental experience for clients.

Coordinate with Pan India location operations team.

Preferred candidate profile :

Graduate in any stream with 1 to 3 years experience

Experience in car rental / employee transportation business preferred.
